Student Success Statement
“What’s right isn’t always popular. What’s popular isn’t
always right.”
-
Howard Cosell
This statement is saying that not everything you do
that is right is popular. People might know about it but it’s not as popular
that everyone knows. For example, graduating from high school is doing the
right thing and your family is going to be very proud of that. You will be
popular among them but not the rest of the people that are out there. Usually what’s
popular is the wrong choices people make. For example, a guy that shot many innocent
people at a theater became very popular and it wasn’t for someone to be proud
of.
